Riding my bike to the liquor store, where I went once before. This place has a donkey-like atmosphere with a Showa-era feel? (Sense of exploration) I somehow chose it, Hanagaki, which I had never had before. Koshinoshizuku, the first in a series of different rice varieties. It's supposed to come out every three months. It's fresh, like an unfiltered raw sake! It has a fruity acidity. You can also taste the sweetness of the rice. This is delicious! And it's also very cost-effective. This restaurant has a high chance of hitting the mark (in my opinion).
