It will be Asakayousei Yamada Nishiki 🍶.
The aroma is sweet and full-bodied with a mild heady aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a full-bodied sweetness that is typical of refined Yamadanishiki, with a hint of astringency that will finish you off.
Asakayousei has had Ginfukiyuki, Kumakawake, and this Yamada-Nishiki, and it was interesting that each sake rice had its own unique aroma.
The aroma was not strong, but each had a very nice aroma.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
