National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 (15)
Shizuoka (2)
Isoboamama Sake Brewery in Yaizu City!
There was a line next to Kihei, so I thought it was a good opportunity to try it.
It looks like it would be expensive to buy 😁.
I drank
Isoboast Daiginjo Namazume
Polishing ratio 45%, Tojo Akitsu Yamadanishiki 16-17%, Sake degree +5 to +7
Acidity 1.1, in-house yeast, 5170 yen
Clear, gorgeous and delicate taste. Good sharpness.
Isoboast Daiginjo Junmai Emerald
Polishing ratio 50% Tojo Yamadanishiki 16-17% Sake degree +4 to +6
Acidity 1.2, in-house yeast, 4,950 yen
Compared to Daiginjo, it has a strong flavor.
I told the brewer of Kihei that I liked it better than Isobojiman because I personally preferred Kihei which I drank first!
