This is the best sake in my ranking of "Sake that you should buy immediately if you see it on sale at a fixed price! Tasake's Special Junmai! If I could, I would drink this sake every day. Now that I've had the opportunity to try it, let's go out again this evening!
The sweet aroma of Hanafukuyuki is in full bloom, and although it is not fruity, I am lured in like a bee lured by the sweet aroma. After enjoying the very soft and slightly thickened brewing water, there was a slight sweetness of apple, and the sweetness and umami of Hana Fukietsu was so intense that it could be said to have a punch that overpowered the sweetness and umami. The sweetness and umami of the rice is effective from start to finish, so we are happy to be able to pair it with something strong in flavor. Today I enjoyed tuna cheeks with butter soy sauce and Aomori soft nishin.
