When I saw the words "mind wandering," I wondered what kind of sake it was, so I bought it. Today I paired it cold with hokke.
The aroma is limpid! A flavor that is as good as the saltiness of the hokke.
This is delicious. I've never seen this before.
Both the rice and rice malt are from Niigata Prefecture.

I've never seen this before, though they put it in a nice place in the store. It seems to be available through Furusato tax payment.
