The nose is thick and strong, switching from dark sweet and umami to bitter with high acidity and alcohol, but the thickening, alcohol, and bitterness remain on the tongue for a while.
The tongue roughness is a little strong.
The taste is like concentrated red apple honey, the same as the aroma. The bitter umami in the latter half of the taste is like almonds. Quite juicy.
