Do you want something dry for New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve Soba? If so, I thought this would be a good choice among the sake we had at home. I thought, "Why not? This year, we invited my wife's mother and her brother in Takamatsu to celebrate New Year's at our house in Yokohama from New Year's Day to the 3rd. My brother-in-law, perhaps out of consideration, sent us two bottles of Yoroshikujin 🤣 one of them was a bottle of Yoroshikujin. A brewery in Kagawa Prefecture that makes sake in the traditional way, using a Japanese kettle and a wooden steamer. I'll have it before my brother-in-law arrives, and I'll have it with my New Year's soba ❗🥳 (agreed). Firm taste The only sweetness is the rice flavor! It tastes like sake! Not modern, traditional! And it's delicious and flavorful 😋. Let's try heating it up! The night is still long. To do a little sipping. The fluffy aroma is amazing! The taste comes straight to you with a bang! But I prefer it more at room temperature! Delicious 😋. I can't drink a whole bottle, so I'll continue to drink it after tomorrow. I wish you all a Happy New Year 🙇.
