The Kaze no Mori series was all to my liking, but ALPHA2 is a bottle of Akitsuho polished to 22% and finished with lactobacillus-derived bacteria by Bodo yeast.

The Kaze no Mori series has an image of being light and easy to drink, but many of them are a bit light and drinkable like cider.
ALPHA2 was brewed well and was very drinkable!
Rice polishing ratio: 22% (100% Akitsuho rice produced in Asuka, Nara Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 14%.
