The first Kaze no Mori in a while was ALPHA6 made with Shinsei No. 6 yeast!
As soon as the bottle is opened, it has a sweet aroma.
As soon as you take a sip, the rich sweetness fills your mouth. The bitter bitterness and slight acidity gradually add to the complexity and depth of the flavor.
It is soft to the palate, but the flavor is so concentrated that you will not be able to stop drinking more 😆.
