The aroma is citrusy, acidic and alcoholic? When you drink it, you feel a slight chilli. Then, fresh sweetness and acidity like young peaches and apples, and a smooth, clear throat. The last part of the bottle has a slight alcohol taste, the umami of rice, sweetness, and a slight bitterness that lingers in the mouth. It tastes great if you put it in the freezer before taking a bath and let it sit in the freezer until it's nice and crisp. But when it's so soft, it just keeps going and going...I'm sure I'll get drunk soon, but thank goodness it's only 13 degrees. It's great to be able to go guzzling after taking a bath on a hot day with low alcohol. Even after opening the bottle, the balance is maintained. The higher the temperature, the more alcohol and sweetness it has, so I prefer to drink it very cold. I enjoyed it by itself before a meal.
