The son of the brewery brews the sake responsibly🍶.
It is cloudy because it is orikarami. 😶🌫️
The sweetness and acidity is reminiscent of apples, and the umami of the rice is thick and rich.
The first sip is vigorous, and the umami of the rice lingers until the finish.
The ginjo aroma also gives a sense of rice 🌾 and is well worth drinking 😁.
This was a sake with a structure that makes me look forward to next year and beyond 😄.
