Hwagane finally arrived 😏 (dead language at the earliest...lol)
The second edition of our Hiran Festival held from the previous week: ❗️
Tonight, we're opening a bottle of Kagura's unfiltered raw 🍶😍.
I've already had the hi-iri in my past reviews, but this is my first time drinking the raw 🥰.
Now it's time to open the bottle!
And what do you think... it already has a gorgeous, fruity, apple-like ginjo aroma ✨.
I can tell it's delicious by the aroma before I even drink it 😅I'm sure all of you sakewa users can relate to this! LOL!
...and then a sip, and you can feel the sharpness of the sake (see picture) on your tongue 👅 while the clear apple soda water-like flavor rushes through you 🏃♂️➡️ with a wonderful sharp aftertaste 🔪.
Well, well...I'm just going to be intoxicated by the level of deliciousness again 🤪.
Mmmm, seriously delicious 😋😋.
I wish I could tell someone about this taste... 😅
Aside from that, it looks like we're going to make another flying lran breakthrough this year: ❗️
I'll be super excited for tomorrow's flavor change as well 😆 lol

I think the pizzazz has decreased a bit, but it's still going strong😍and the umami has improved⤴️
I love how the umami improves, it's something that only sake can do 😊.

You can tell by the aroma before you drink it - like, "...oh, this is a delicious one 😍" 😆.
I think you can fully enjoy the taste of Yamadanishiki 🌾 in Kagura 😊.
Just beware of drinking it up 😆 lol
