Kangiku beyond C Junmai Daiginjo
I missed it this time.... I thought I missed it this time, but one day it was still there in the Oyama Dungeon! I found it and immediately put it in my basket* Also, there was a Miyamanishiki from Hanahayo, which I will open next time*.
This Kanjiku has been cut down considerably, 29 per cent! Even more than the Kangiku 39! The rice is So-no-Mai.
It's not a matter of just cutting it down, but it's still amazing and cosy! It is 2,530 yen for such a small amount of rice!
The aroma is light and elegant pear-like, I thought it might be pineapple, but the impression is light pear-like!
The attack is light, smooth, slightly carbonated, and fresh!
On the palate, the careful sweetness fades out quickly, and a light bitterness appears in the aftertaste to finish it off. What a beautiful sake!
Light, clean, very pleasant and enjoyable.
Kangiku Meikozo makes great sake*.

Hi Miki 😊I was wondering about this label ‼️I'm so impressed with the Oyama dungeon👍And the hana-yosu was placed there as a surprise? It's like a treasure hunt 😆.
