Junmai sake brewed with 100% of Mie Prefecture's original sake rice, "Kami no Ho", and matured over the summer for a limited time in autumn.
It has a soft and gentle taste unique to Kami no Ho.
It can also be enjoyed warmed up.
Enjoy it with dishes made with autumnal ingredients.
