It is limited to 600 bottles and was sold after the master decided that it was "time to drink it now! The brewer decided to sell it after deciding that it was the right time to drink it.
I tasted it and decided immediately.
It is easy to drink with a refreshing 15% alcohol content. I tried to drink it with white sashimi, but my son ate all of them.
My family said it was a little sweet.
It seems to be aimed at young people who don't have much experience drinking sake, but I enjoyed it with light Japanese food. I think I will finish it soon...easy to drink = drink quickly.
