This is the first time I've had it.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness comes to the front.
After that, the flavor and acidity combine to create a complex taste.
It has a clean throat.
Aromatic, refreshing and well balanced ☺️.
Delicious!
We had it with sashimi and chawanmushi, delicious😙😙.
