Today was a farewell party for an organization.
As it happens, as a sake drinker, it was the most trusted restaurant near our home. After the meeting, the manager remembered my face and gave me super service.
I wanted to try the Kamito. On the palate (Miyamanishiki or Alps yeast, I'm sure it's different), it went from a Nagano feeling to a nice dry light summery taste.
It was delicious 😊.
