Miyagi, so this sake
This is the first time I have seen this bottle, but the locals say it has been around for a long time!
Urakasumi and Ichinokura are the local Yokozuna sake, and last year Urala and Clara were also available, proof of their consistent ability!
It has the clean taste of honjozo, and the rice is polished to 65%, so cleanness and umami are properly coexisting!
Anyway, this sake goes well with meals!
Perfect for everyday drinking!
