Cup Sake (2) - Kiku-Masamune Barrel Sake
This was the recommendation of the author of "Become a Sake Lover".
This is a convenience store cup sake, which was recommended by the author of "Love Sake".
When opened, it has a woody aroma, which increases as it is warmed.
The taste is robust and dry. It is a traditional sake.
If you warm it up too much, the spiciness becomes too much.
It is best to warm it up to lukewarm.
I paired it with meat, but I think it would also be good with fish.
A good sake considering its cost performance.
I would like to try various cups of sake.
