A lucky sake pressed on the morning of Risshun. It has a clean aroma, a green apple-like acidity on the tongue, and a muscat-like aftertaste. I was reminded once again how fresh freshly pressed sake can be. We enjoyed it with roast beef and hamachi sashimi.
