At Japanese Sake Satou in Matsuyama City.
The second glass was a Junmai Naokumi from Yamori.
This is also the first brand I tried.
Chilli gassy and ,
fresh and fruity
But the sharp taste is irresistible.
I can't get enough of it. It is the kind of sake
I am sure I will drink too much of this sake.
