The aroma is sweet and mellow. I guess it comes from Hachitan. The taste is sweet and umami with little bitterness. I often feel bitterness in Hanayokyu, but this one has no bitterness at all, and the aroma is high, with sweet and umami flavors. It is delicious! The bitterness is gentle and just right. I guess it's just that you can't buy it very often. Very tasty! It is delicious with sashimi, Japanese food, and even when drunk alone. Thanks for a great tasting sake!
