We had #Ibi-gun, Gifu Prefecture, #Tokoro Sake Brewing Company's #Boshimaya Usagi Kokoro BLACK Gohyakumangoku with stewed hamburger steak.
It is full of flavor like large red grapes. It is very tasty with a slight bubbly taste.
It has a nice sharpness, so I think it goes well with fatty sashimi. I think it is a unique sake that can be matched with both Japanese and Western cuisine.
