Today is a walking day in Kyoto. We went to Shimei Kaikan near Kitaoji in the late afternoon to listen to an acoustic live performance, and then went for a stroll down the street. Shimei-Kaikan is an event space in a retro-style school with arched windows, and it was great to see an acoustic concert in the soft sunlight. I had a cup of LIBROM, which is rumored to be made by Sake-no-wa, at a store I stopped by on my way back home from the concert. The aroma of bitterness from the cacao bean. The fruity sourness of the cacao bean is effective. Later it mingles with the delicious taste of rice and slowly melts away with a sweet and sour taste and bitterness like that of Hassaku. I feel like I can taste the original fruity flavor of cacao. I like the fresh taste even though the rice is shaved and edged. Since I got it at the end of the bottle, I didn't get a fizzy feeling, but it says secondary fermentation in the bottle, so I wonder if it was actually a bit more fizzy. Tasted the deliciousness of cacao beans through sake. I'm glad I stopped by and had a drink ^ ^.

Good morning, Pon-chan. I took the subway from Shimei Kaikan to Oike, but I wish I could have walked there too, passing through the Gosho. It's nice to be able to roam around on a bicycle 😊.
