I bought this second bottle in the new year at a standing bar + liquor store at Nagano station.
It is different from the sake I have tasted so far from Shinshu Nagano, with a rich taste, a slight oaky aroma and sweetness, which is not easy to find! It was a good sake. I would like to have it as an everyday drink 😃.
