Tonight we will be drinking #Iyari Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu from #Kitayasu Brewery in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture.
I asked for a "kinky sake❗️" at my favorite liquor store and they came out with "Here you go❗️" 😆.
I loved the juiciness of Hokian Daigoku, so I was satisfied with it. The sweet acidity of Yamahai, like freshly cooked rice.
