Nagatorogura Jungin Genshu La fusion from #Kobei Fujisaki Shoten in Nagatoro-cho, Chichibu-gun, Saitama Prefecture.
At first I felt apple, then plum and cherry. I wonder if it is a blend of arabashiri and blame. It was a complex yet delicious sake with a sense of transparency 😊.
I wish the local brewery, Saitama Prefecture, the best of luck.
