Takatsugu
This is the first "Hyakumangoku No Shiro Nama Shu" from my favorite brand "Yoshida Kurau". The fresh green label is impressive.
The taste has a pleasantly bubbly and slightly effervescent taste with a soft sweetness and a clean aftertaste. The alcohol content is 13%, which makes it easy to drink even though it is a pure sake.
It is a seasonal sake from January to March, but it can be enjoyed all year round. It is delicious. ‼️
