Midorikawa is my favorite after a long time today after drinking various sake this year.
It has a classic taste with an exquisite acidity.
I am not sure if I am right about the acidity, as I am not confident in my sense of taste, but it is a really delicious sake!
It may not be in line with the latest trend, but I wish more people would drink this sake.
