Kuromatsu Senjo" junmai sake from Takato, Shinshu.
A trusted liquor store in Kita-Urawa recommended it as a must-try because of its excellent cost performance, so I was curious and bought it.
It is refreshing, not heavy, slightly fruity, and has a beautiful rice flavor, as is typical of Nagano sake.
It is a good junmai sake 😌.
I went to see the cherry blossoms at Takato castle ruins in Shinshu in early April 17 years ago, and I think I drank a bottle of Kuromatsu Senjo there, but I don't think it was this kind of sake.
Shinshu Kamerei from Ueda was not yet on the market 10 years ago, and I think that in recent years, the sake brewing associations in Nagano Prefecture have been working together to improve the quality of their sake.
