Sake and Sake Red 〜We will have local sake from Miyagi Prefecture 🍶~. Miyagi residents are familiar with natto (fermented soybeans) ‼️ I used to eat it a lot 😆🥢. I guess it wasn't... nationwide 😆💦. Not with natto... Of course not 😆🈲. Tonight... We have two breweries brewing "Wataya" in Ichihasama, Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture. Kawaguchi Natto" by "Kawaguchi Natto" and "Kinai Sake Brewery" which brews "Wataya" in Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture. Kawaguchi Natto Special Junmai Genshu, a local collaboration brewed by Kawaguchi Natto Produced in Ichihasako, Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture (Rice produced in Kawaguchi Natto's own rice fields) Miyamanishiki and Gin no Iroha red "Natto label" and Miyagi Prefecture, Kurihara City, Ichihasama Shimatotai (Kawaguchi Natto's own rice produced in their rice fields🌾) Sasanishiki yellow "Hiki-wari natto label" with "Kawaguchi natto rice cracker".
