Shichiken絹の味 純米大吟醸
ちーすけ
I bought it with wine when I was in Yamanashi. I asked the liquor store (what was its name?) about it and they told me it was a local Yamanashi sake. I chose Junmai Daiginjo because it is a local sake from Yamanashi.
When I opened the bottle, the ginjo aroma was strong, with a green apple aroma. When I drank it, I could taste the delicious flavor of rice in my mouth, with a weak alcohol aftertaste. It is easy to drink and dangerous. It is easy to drink and dangerous.
It tastes more like wine, which may be popular among women.
I have a strong impression of Yamanashi as grape = wine, but sake is also wonderful. It was very delicious.
With bonito tataki. Thank you very much.
(Next time, I think I'll try a dry sake...)
