Quite good, but no floral or fruity notes in this sake, quite dry with smooth creamy subtle start followed by vanilla and a slight nuttiness. Very different than most sake. I enjoyed it. Eaten with sturgeon which I caught prepared butter pan-fried with blackened redfish spice and as panko-encrusted fish sticks, rice and miso soup.
