After I opened the bottle and started drinking, I wondered, what does "hoshiai" mean? I googled it. According to the brewer, "Hoshiai" means that on the night of the seventh day of the seventh lunar month, the two stars, the Kengyu and the Oriya, cross the Milky Way and meet only once a year. Oh, no, it's only the 4th of July, and I've already started drinking... Ah, it was written on the label too....
But aside from that, this is delicious.
★★★★★ It's delicious. I'd love to drink it again.
