Today, it is Haneya.
It may be my favorite in Toyama Prefecture.
But I honestly feel uncomfortable with hiya-odori in this hot weather.
When I drank it, I got the impression that it was very calm for Haneya.
I imagined it to be more of a gorgeous sweet and umami type, but it was more of a mild umami type. Well, it is a hiyaoroshi, so it is natural, but it was an image that I did not expect from Haneya.
I may have drunk this one a little too soon. Maybe I should have waited a little longer and paired it with seasonal food later in the fall.
Nevertheless, it was a delicious sake. I thought it was one of Haneya's best sakes, especially when paired with food.

I had an image of Haneya as being easy to understand, gorgeous and full of raw freshness, but I was surprised at how gentle and flavorful it is when it's fire-roasted and laid down for a bit 😊.
