My business trip was to Matsue & Yonago, where I hadn't been to in a while.
I gave up the Yonago night at my place of lodging because I'm still in a period of self-restraint at work and at home during this month.
Tonight, I bought some sake and sashimi from Shimane and made it a solo night party at the hotel.
There was no throat black, but I have rarely seen "Sashimi of flying fish" in my hometown. Get ❣️.
The crisp, refreshing and crisp spiciness that is typical of ginjo and the chewy, crisp fatty taste of flying fish. goes well with this. It goes well with sushi.
I didn't have enough time to cool it down this time, but this guy might like it better if it was 'snow cold'.
For now, I'm going into the second run with a little bit of a sense of exoticism and satisfaction.
