Ryujinmaru Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo
I changed the glass.
The aroma is gorgeous, sweet and elegant. ☺️
When I drank it, the mildness was quickly followed by a sweetness and umami that spread quickly.
The aftertaste was not so strong yesterday. As I was enjoying it, I could see the bitterness.
It is still an exquisite wine.
