Yesterday, we enjoyed #Hakuryu Junmai Hatsushibori from #Yoshida Shuzo in Fukui Prefecture with nabe dishes.
The flavor was reminiscent of plums and prunes, yet it was crystal clear and very pleasant, and went down my throat easily.
I could taste the flavor of the rice as well. Very tasty.
