This sake is made with wine yeast.
I know I'm biased, but wine yeast = sourness like white wine! so I didn't have a good image of it.
I wanted to be adventurous, so I bought this one, but it wasn't what I imagined, it was more like a red wine with a lot of weight.
The bitterness that it has may be an astringent taste! It is a new feeling. I'm not sure if it's a food wine on its own, but I'd like to try it with steak next time.

Postscript. Although I couldn't match it with the steak, after a week or so, the flavor deepened and became more delicious.
