This is a low-pasteurized sake, but the long, ultra-low-temperature fermentation allows you to fully enjoy the flavor of Omachi. In a large champagne glass, it has a firm sweetness with a fine gasiness, yet it is light and easy to drink. The complexity of the flavor makes it interesting to drink over time.
You can also take a nap as it is. This is what weekends are all about 😆.
