Ajigasawa is made by the Ozaki Sake Brewery, which is famous for Ando Suigun.
The first aroma is sweet and sour with a hint of soy sauce.
In the mouth, it has a strong acidity (acidity 2.7) and umami with a hint of sweetness.
It is rich, sour, drinkable, and delicious 🍶.
