Ordered because it was marked as packaged liquor, but the bottom of the bottle and the bottle were already gone.
So unfortunately, no information about the bottle.
Listed on the menu as "Kafuda-shu Jun-Dai (Niigata)".
Unknown what kind of sake rice is used
What on earth kind of sake was served...?
The first thing I noticed was a green smell.
Taste is mild, some sourness, sweetness and bitterness?
Not my favorite taste, but when drunk with Torotakumaki, the greenish smell disappears and it's nice!
Maybe there is an analogy among sake lovers to describe this greenish smell, but I can't seem to remember it.
It's a little more peculiar than melon, like the green part of a watermelon...
It's a mystery if it's the original flavor or if the flavor has changed over time since it was sealed.
I have the impression that it is not my favorite flavor.
