Although I'm a little late, I opened a bottle of this Risshun morning pressing. I couldn't drink it on the day of Risshun because of my schedule. This year was the first time I recognized the culture of Risshun morning pressing. I'm glad I got it.
I drank it with an awareness that it was freshly squeezed.
It's a delicious sake that doesn't interfere with anything.
I had some firefly squid pickled in seaweed and some white shrimp from my senpai as a snack👍.
