This is a homemade hiyaoroshi🤣 that I purchased around May of this year, drank about half of it, and stored it at room temperature.
I remember that when I drank it in May, it was a mildly sweet, dusty sake.
It does not have much of an aged aroma. I think the sweetness is a little lessened and the umami is stronger. I didn't feel much sourness. Yes, it is delicious👍.
It seems to be a strong sake and can be aged for a longer period of time.
It was gone before I could try heating it up! My wife didn't calculate how much to drink 😂.
I'll buy it again when I see it since it's not sold very often in my neighborhood 🍶.

Hello, Tsutsukitate-san!
I'm not sure what to do with Tsuru no Tomo every time I go to the liquor store. If it's a four-pack bottle, I buy it right away😅.
If it's okay to keep it, I might give it a try 🙄Thank you for the valuable information 🙏.

Hi Pon 😊
It doesn't seem to be too much of a problem if you leave it alone and don't expose it to direct sunlight.
I would hesitate to use a square 😅.
