I bought it with high hopes for the description on the back label,
This is my first Oita sake.
When the bottle is opened, it has a very sweet and gorgeous aroma.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth and disappears with a slight bitterness.
The taste is certainly not like a junmai sake with 70% polished rice.
It is sweet and easy to drink,
It can be served on its own without any particular accompaniment.
Personally, the taste reminds me of the snowdrifts in Oze,
It was delicious.
