寿梨庵
I wanted to drink Hayaseura, so I searched the net 👀.
I found this sake that I don't see very often and popped it in without thinking. I thought it was a hiyaoroshi on its own... 🍁.
It doesn't have much fruitiness, but it's very fresh and the flavor is locked inside 😋.
Sake that is clean yet mellow (from the rice itself), well-structured, and straightforward.
I would liken it to a slightly more rounded version of Oroku 🤔.
I checked it out again and it seems to be a winter release that has been well preserved at the store.
It certainly doesn't have the matured feel that is characteristic of hiyaoroshi...
But I thought it had a different kind of goodness of taste and a sense of concentration.
I'm learning a lot 😅.
