Today is our regular lunchtime only.
The bottle we chose is from the sake brewery we visited last week.
The first impression is a stronger fruity aroma when the bottle is opened compared to the Junmai sake reported last time.
The accompaniments are sashimi, horse mackerel, dashimaki, and yakitori (grilled chicken).
The first impression is the umami from the sweetness.
The first sip from the aji no nameko (horse mackerel) removes the smell of the horse mackerel, and the spiciness cuts through it cleanly.
It is a delicious drink.
