On the 13th day after opening, we had a drink at the freshly opened izakaya Yamabuki.
For some reason, the restaurant sells only one cup of sake, even though it is a Kagoshima restaurant!
The cup has a picture of a snowman on it!
It is said to be derived from a story in the Hokuetsu Yukifu.
The lid of the cup is opened with a snap!
They don't usually do this in the store, so it's exciting 😃.
Well, the aroma doesn't stand up.
The mouthfeel is sharp and easy to drink as it doesn't have much acidity
seems to go well with any kind of food
It's delicious!
