あきひろHere is the second bottle this year. The sound when opened was a little airy, and it was clearly cloudy in appearance (it was shaken and mixed before opening).
I had already had it before, but it was mellow and sweet. As a mealtime sake, it might be better suited to be a little more refreshing, but as a stand-alone sake, it is very tasty.
In general, it has a taste typical of Kangiku.
