I hear this year's Yuho no Shiro is well done.
The moment I put it in my mouth, it popped with a swoosh!
Proof that the yeast is still alive in the bottle.
It's thick and the flavor is banana-like.
Rich, but not in an unpleasant way.
I was impressed by the sake's flavor, which is unlike anything I've ever had before.
There is so much information in the mouth that I haven't fully savored it yet, so I want to drink it again.
